SWIFT interface. MERVATM has changed it's name to WebSphere
Business Integration for Financial Networks (WBIFN).
MERVA stands for Message Entry and Routing with
interfaces to Various Applications.
SWIFT stands for
Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication. The SWIFT
network is primary used for transferring money on a secure closed network
round the globe.
